How to get there
Coming from Kampala/Fort Portal
(5.5 hours from Kampala, 45 minutes from Fort Portal)
Take the A109 to Fort Portal. From Fort Portal take Fort Portal – Kamwenge Road. Stay on this road until you drive through Kibale Forest National Park. Just after exiting the forest, you will enter the trading center Nkingo. Look out for our signpost in the middle of the trading center, and take right to Nyabubare. From here, it will take you approximately another 10 minutes to reach the lodge. Go right at the junction with the second signpost, and then follow the road until you reach the lodge.
(5.5 hours from Kampala, 45 minutes from Fort Portal)
Take the A109 to Fort Portal. From Fort Portal take Fort Portal – Kamwenge Road. Stay on this road until you drive through Kibale Forest National Park. Coming from Mbarara/Kamwenge
(2.5 hours from Mbarara, 30 minutes from Kamwenge)
Take Ibanda Road towards Ibanda, then proceed to Kamwenge on Ibanda- Kamwenge Road. After Kamwenge proceed until you reach the trading center of Nkingo. Pass restaurant ‘The Bee Hive’ on your right hand side. Look out for our signpost in the middle of the trading center, and take left to Nyabubare. From here, it will take you approximately another 10 minutes to reach the lodge. Go right at the junction with the second signpost, and then follow the road until you reach the lodge.

Coming from Masaka/Lyantonde
(4 hours from Masaka, 3 hours from Lyantonde)
Follow Masaka-Mbarara Road to Lyantonde. Drive past Lyantonde and turn right on Kaguta Road in the direction of Kiruhura/Kazo. Follow signs Kamwenge. After Kamwenge proceed until you reach the trading center of Nkingo. Pass restaurant ‘The Bee Hive’ on your right hand side. Look out for our signpost in the middle of the trading center, take left to Nyabubare. From here, it will take you approximately another 10 minutes to reach the lodge. Go right at the junction with the second signpost, and then follow the road until you reach the lodge.
(4 hours from Masaka, 3 hours from Lyantonde)
